Heart Diseases: Too much sugar consumption can increase the risk of heart diseases. An individual who consumes excessive sweets will have their blood pressure and cholesterol levels increase, which can lead to heart disease. A human being should reduce sweet intake to prevent heart disease.    

Addiction:When a human being consumes too many sweets for a long time, it will become a habit for them. He consumes sweets again and again, ignoring the problem of diabetes and rapid weight gain. So, sugar consumption leads to bad health. 

Weight: Unlimited sugar consumption can increase the problem, which is rapid weight gain. The food that contains sugar has high calories, but they are very low in nutrients. The food that you usually eat is rich in fibre and calories, and these foods are good for your health. But the food that includes sugar can increase the problem of weight gain, which causes many diseases in the whole body.
