Apple unveiled its latest generation of iMac on Monday 28 October 2024. It is powered by the latest M4 chip with Apple intelligence. The design is also ultra thin that looks stunning. The latest M4 chip makes the iMac up to 1.7x faster in terms of productivity and up to 2.1x faster in terms of demanding workflows which includes tasks like photo editing and gaming. The Neural Engine offered by the M4 chip is also 3x faster than that offered by the M1 chip which makes it great for AI related tasks.
The new Apple iMac comes with a total of 7 color options and boasts a 24-inch 4.5K Retina display offering a new nano-texture glass option. It also comes with an updated 12 Mega Pixel Center Stage camera with Desk View, 4 USB-C Thunderbolt ports, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The base model of the latest iMac comes with 16 GB of RAM with 8 cores CPU and 8 core GPU and is priced at Rs 1,34,900, while the more powerful variant that comes with 10 core CPU and 10 core GPU is priced at Rs 1,54,900. The RAM of each model can be customised up to 32 GB and 2 TB in terms of storage.
