New Delhi: Keeping India’s growing military power in mind, China has started working towards strengthening its fleet. In this sequence, China has exposed the fifth-generation stealth fighter jet J-35A. However, experts have described this jet as a copy of America’s jet F-35. This is because China’s fighter jet of China resembles the design of America’s fighter jet. China displayed its jet at the International Aviation and Aerospace which started on 12 November.

Why Are the New Fighter Jets Special for China?
China’s J-35A jet is a modern fighter jet. This jet is a multirole medium stealth fighter jet. Chinese media has reported that there are two versions of this fighter aircraft. One for the Air Force and the other for aircraft carriers. No formal announcement has been made yet about the inclusion of this jet in service. China is looking at this new fighter jet as a complement to its J-20 stealth fighter jet. Which is already in service.
What Is Special in J-35A?
China is considering its new fighter jet J-35A to be very special. And the reason for this is some of its features. This jet has a double engine. If we compare it with the F35, then the J-35A also has a short take-off and vertical landing version. But China’s fighter plane does not have this capability. This Chinese jet looks much thinner than the F-35. If F-35 and J-35A are looked at carefully, then it seems that it is a copy of the design of America’s F-35.
Regarding this jet, Chinese military aviation expert Fu Qianshao told the Global Times that the PLA Air Force’s announcement of the J-35A can be seen as a confirmation of its entry into service and that it meets the reliability of the Chinese military’s technical and tactical standards. Fu had said that the J-35A along with the J-20 makes China the second country to operate two types of stealth fighter aircraft after the US’s F-22 and F-35.
