Ayodhya: After the enthronement of Lord Ram, a different enthusiasm is being seen in Ayodhya regarding the first grand Diwali. ‘Saja do ghar ko gulshan sa mere sarkar aaye hain’, ‘bajao dhol swagat me mere ghar ram aaye hain’. Songs of bhajans like these are echoing and shining in all four directions of Lord Ram’s city. In the eagerness to see Ayodhya, lakhs of devotees have also reached the city of Lord Ram, Ayodhya.
Grand Diwali in Ayodhya will be celebrated with grandeur:
For the first time after 496 years, Diwali is being celebrated with grandeur in Ram Mandir. Diwali grand festival will be held in Ram Mandir, Ayodhya for two days, in which one lakh lamps will be lit on the first day, and one lakh more lamps will be lit on the second day. The struggle for the liberation of Ram Mandir started in 1528. Lakhs of people were also sacrificed in this struggle, but in the year 2024, on 22 January, Lord Ram was enthroned in his temple. For the first time after the enthronement of Lord Ram, Ram Mandir Trust is celebrating Diwali with grandeur.

3 types of lamps will be lit:
The Ram Mandir premises have been illuminated with flowers or modern lights. All the routes leading to the Ram Mandir have been decorated. Lamps will be circulated on the routes. The special thing is that 3 types of lamps will be lit in the Ram Mandir. Desi ghee lamps will be lit in the sanctum sanctorum, while earthen lamps will be lit on the darshan route. Lord Ram’s premises will be illuminated with lamps made of wax or cow dung.

Ram Mandir Trust member Dr Anil Mishra said that all the preparations of the temple council have been completed for Deepotsav. The temple has been decorated with flowers. Toran gates have been made on all the entry routes, where the devotees are also taking selfies with great enthusiasm. For the first time, Diwali will be the center of attraction for Ram devotees. A different enthusiasm is being seen about Diwali in Lord Ram’s court. The whole city looks like Treta. Ayodhya residents are ready to welcome their Ram.
