District Nirvaachan Adhikari Naresh Naravaal has appealed to all political parties to follow the guidelines of the Nirvaachan Commission. With this, he will come under the category of making minor children sing or recite poetry. In this guideline, the inclusion of children in political campaigns in any way, Which includes reciting poetry, songs, slogans, or words spoken by children or displaying symbols.

The Commission said that if any party is found involving children in its election efforts, then action will be taken under all the acts and laws related to child labor. The District Officer and Returning Officer have been given the responsibility to take action in this regard. Giving information about the action to be taken if children are caught campaigning, the Commission said that all political parties and candidates should be informed about Child Labor (Prohibition and Prohibition)

Citing a decision of the Bombay High Court in its guidelines, the Commission said that the Amended Act, 2016 provides that all political parties should not allow children to campaign.
