- 1. Criminal background
BCI made criminal background checks mandatory for law students, That they give information about any criminal case or FIR, from crime being proven, custody, arrest, or release. If you fail to do so, strict disciplinary action will be taken against you, and even your degree will be stop.
According to the Legal Education Rules, law students cannot pursue more than one regular degree course at a time. BCI has said that if a student is pursuing another regular degree along with an LLB, He must be informed about it.
