Tired of Lunch

Weakness while sitting in the office, but it feels like a sleep or a house, it is very light. All these problems also affect your work. What should I do in such a situation, I know about it.  Tired after Lunch time has passed and there are still several hours left for your office to end, but you are feeling weak.

I am also feeling light sleep. This is the reality of the work life of every person who goes to office. Nutrition established in the diet of California dr. Christopher Rhodes told me during an interview recently, ‘When someone feels drunk, he starts drinking a lot more tired after lunch. So you don’t feel weak but by doing this the amount of caffeine in the body increases due to which you will not be able to sleep at night. Dr. Christopher has said some such tricks which can help in saving the person from feeling weak in the middle of the day.

Don’t Eat a full stomach:

If you don’t eat enough, you may not feel like eating  tired after lunch even a little during the day, or your blood sugar may also increase, and small snacks often don’t satisfy your hunger. This means that whatever you eat, you will not be able to taste it. But your hunger will not subside. There are many snacks in which some ingredients are added which force you to eat more. That’s why avoid taking small meals.

Avoid High Sugar Items:

You should try your best to control your glucose throughout the day. Glucose, which is the simplest form of sugar, because when you eat sugar, our body stores it in the form of glucose, Or then it gives energy. Even if your glucose level is high, you may feel like you are sweating. That is why experts say that blood glucose should neither increase nor decrease.

Stop Coffee:

Rhodes didn’t eat, ‘Don’t drink coffee every day or you should avoid doing so, Adding sugar to coffee increases glucose level or what is happening to it, this is what you have mentioned in the above points. Coffee also gives instant energy but can cause drowsiness in a few hours. That is why green tea is preferred over coffee because it contains caffeine but also contains other compounds like antioxidants or al-theanine. Al-theanine is an amino acid that is said to help reduce stress, insomnia and anxiety.

Nutritional Lunch:

Rhodes recommends that your tired after lunch be low-carb and include protein and vegetables. Carbohydrates will give you instant energy and may cause blood glucose spikes. That’s why always make your  tired after lunch nutritious and include all the things. That is why not high carb sacrifice but protein, fiber, fat and carb sacrifice tired after lunch.
