Wipe out Pollution before it Wipes you out | World Environment Day

World Environment Day 2024

Every year World Environment Day is celebrated to specifically target the immediate problems that are happening in our environment. The theme for the 2024 World Environment Day is Land restoration, drought resilience and desertification. It is because of the numerous amount of tress that had been cut in the previous years.

Worse affects:

Agricultural land has been the most targeted in degradation. The parks and fertile lands have been destroyed. We cannot blame it entirely on the government for development. It is not just the government; it’s the people who do not want to care anymore about the environment. The underdeveloped and small cities are found much better in terms of safe and clean environment as compared to big developed and tech-handy cities. Municipal authorities are always giving us circulars about the shortage of water and its adverse effect on the climate and human life. If these pollutions and desertification continues, we will be suffering from scarcity of water, bad climate and poor environment by 2050.

Let’s make a promise:

The message for this World Environment Day is “our land is our future and we must protect it” People should make up a mindset to save the environment for the future generation. We should prefer sustainable methods which would preserve some elements for future to some extent. The construction industry is responsible for approximately 35% of greenhouse gas emissions. As the residents of the planet, it is our duty to innovate sustainable interventions to support the preserving of nature. Let’s make a promise to give the safe and clean environment to the future generation as we got from the previous generation. It is never too late to make the Earth great. No one wants to be trashy, be it your body, your house, your locality, your country or your planet.
