IPL 2024, MI Vs SRH Score: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) under the captaincy of Pat Cummins has created historic match in the Indian Premier League (IPL). This team won the match on Wednesday (27 March) by scoring the highest score of 277 runs in IPL history. In this match, SRH defeated Mumbai Indians (MI) captained by Hardik Pandya by 31 runs.

Mumbai had the biggest target of 278 runs in IPL to play such a historic match, In response to which MI team could score only 246 runs after losing 5 wickets and lost the second consecutive match For Mumbai, Tilak Verma hit fifty on 24 balls and scored the highest score of 64 runs on 34 balls for the team.

While captain Hardik Pandya (24) and Tim David (42 not out) played some good innings in the end, he could not make the team win. Captain Pat Cummins and Jaydev Unadkat took 2-2 wickets for Sunrisers team. Shahbaz Ahmed had 1 success.

After losing the toss and batting first, the Sunrisers team made a good start and scored 277 runs after losing 3 wickets. This is the biggest score in IPL history. With this, the 11-year-old record of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has been broken. RCB scored 263 runs for 5 wickets against Pune Warriors on 23 April 2013. Then Chris Gayle played a brilliant inning of 175 runs in 66 balls.

2 Fastest Fifties of This Season Were Scored in The Historic Match: 

First for Sunrisers team, Travis Head scored the fastest fifty of this season in 18 balls. After this, Abhishek Sharma broke this record and scored a brilliant fifty in 16 balls. This is Head’s first IPL historic match this season. Scored 62 runs on 24 balls.

Whereas Abhishek played an innings of 63 runs on 23 balls. After this, in the end, Heinrich Klaasen scored an unbeaten 80 off 34 balls and Aiden Markram played a blazing inning of 42 runs, taking the team to a historic match score Hardik Pandya, Gerald Coetzee, and Piyush Chawla took 1 wicket each for Mumbai.

There Were Changes in The Playing 11 of Both Teams Like This:

Many changes were made in both the teams for this match Luke Wood was dropped from Mumbai’s playing eleven. 17-year-old Kwena Mafaka got his place. This was his debut match.

On the other hand, Hyderabad team captain Pat Cummins made two changes in the playing 11. Marco Jansen and T Nazarjan were dropped and replaced by Travis Head and Jaydev Unadkat.
