Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath passed on an order on Tuesday, that all the food outlets across the state has to display name and address of the operators, managers and proprietor. He showed his disliking over the presence of waste in human food. So this step has been taken in order to enhance the responsibility for safety of public. So he ordered an official statements, that a strict action will be taken who will be found destroying food.

He instructed to reframe the instructions to safe the health of public. He further said that: “Restaurants, Dhabas and all the food selling places” should be investigated and all the employees must be verified by police. And for ensuring purity of eatables necessary amendments should be made in the act. Installation of CCTV in hotels/ restaurants will be made compulsory and every chief and waiters working will were gloves and masks. If not then a huge amount of fine will be charged on them.

Following were the cases that were brought forward:                                 

    • Last week, in Ghaziabad a juice vender was seen mixing urine with juice.
    • Similarly, one case was found in Noida where two men was found and were arrested because of selling juice which was defile with their saliva.
    • On 12th September, in Saharanpur, there was a shop were a man was found spitting on rotis while preparing them. So the owner of that shop was arrested.
    • There were some cases related to milk where harmful substances like: urea, detergent are added to increase the quantity of milk. This increases the risk of consuming milk especially in childrens.
    • Added colors and harmful chemicals are added in sweets to give them a good appearance and sweet taste. Which after consuming can cause digestive problems in humans.

By seeing all this chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath has passed an order from preventing the state from adulteration of food.
