Forest Damage Threats to Biodiversity and Climate Balance
In today’s time, the cutting of forests has increased a lot. With the ever-growing population, forests are being cut down a lot. Because as the era progresses, the need for oxygen also increases. A forest is not just a plant; but it is also very important for us, providing oxygen. If we keep cutting forests like this, then in the future there will be a huge shortage of oxygen as well. But today, in the pursuit of greed and personal benefits, man is not paying any attention to the problems that are going to happen in the coming era, which include serious threats to biodiversity.

Today, we are cutting forests to build new factories, roads, and colonies. Wood is being used to travel in villages and towns, due in forests are being cut down. Wood is being used a lot for paper making, furniture, and fittings. And in many places, forests are being cut illegally to earn, leading to more threats to biodiversity. Cutting down forests causes many harms which are very harmful for us, as cutting down forests causes a lack of oxygen and increases the amount of carbon dioxide, along with severe threats to biodiversity. Plants are very important for maintaining our environment and air, and the loss of plants is also one of the biggest threats to biodiversity.
Plants play an important role in whether there is rain or not. Due to the absence of plants, the rain cycle gets disrupted, which becomes another form of threats to biodiversity. Due to this, the increased risk of drought and loss of species is observed. Plants hold the land strongly which reduces the risk of floods due to excessive rain, and when forests are destroyed, these conditions create more threats to biodiversity.
Due to the cutting of forests, animals also face a lot of problems as they lose their homes, and birds have to flee here. This results in large-scale threats to biodiversity because the balance of ecosystems is disturbed. Due to a lack of forests, the temperature around us also increases, which again brings indirect threats to biodiversity and to human survival.
Due to a lack of plants, breathing becomes difficult, and diseases like allergies start increasing. Looking at today’s time, every person should plant trees rather than think of cutting them, otherwise the future will face greater threats to biodiversity. And the government should ban tree cutting so that we can get relief from the diseases that are going to happen and avoid further threats to biodiversity.
Along with the country and society, we look at the plant for development. We should also tell about the importance of plants in schools and colleges so that we can stop this and reduce threats to biodiversity. The Amazon is called the Amazonia because without such forests, our lives are incomplete, and their destruction is one of the world’s greatest threats to biodiversity. By cutting plants, not only does the environment get spoiled, but we also suffer a lot. If we do not take care of the forests we live in today, then in the coming times we will not get clean air, and we may have to crave for water. That is why we must save the plants, avoid threats to biodiversity, and make the land green by planting plants.
