In today’s generation, mental health is talked about by every person. Everyone knows about this, and Gen-Z kids talk on this topic a lot, and it is good that people now talk about it, but in earlier times, no one even talked about this topic. However, most of the people suffer from this thing and end up having an anxiety attack, and they thought that they would end their lives, which is wrong.

Disconnected from family, friends and social activities, loss interest in hobbies and activities you once enjoyed earlier, change in performance in school and work, increase using drugs, alcohol and any kind of bad substance for escape from reality and unusual risky behaviours.

 Physical Symptoms

 Sleeping too much, as earlier not sleeping that much, or in the opposite  Sleep too little. Showing changes in weight, or also Consumption of food Decreases,  having low energy, even not doing anything, switching to having a stomach ache, or unexplained physical pain, feeling restless and feeling unable to relax.

 If someone experiences any of the following, then it is considered a serious warning, like Thoughts like self harm or suicide, hearing lots of different voices, seeing Things that no one can see, only you see, too much confusion and loss of touch with reality, and extreme mood swings that impact your Daily life.

If you have any of two or even one, sometimes no one needs to have a mental health issue or mental disorder. Mental health concerns are generally identified when symptoms have a significant impact on your daily activities, and you feel bad every day. It can impact your studies and work.
