We can make our tea healthier by making a few changes. To make tea healthy, we need to change the sugar and milk we use. Here’s how you can make your tea healthier without altering its taste.

To make tea healthier, we can use plant-based milk. We shouldn’t use full-fat milk in tea; instead, we should use toned or skimmed milk. We can also use almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk to make our tea healthier. These milks are very light and easily digestible, and they also help maintain a creamy texture in the tea healthier. Most people add sugar to sweeten their tea, which is harmful to our health. We should reduce our sugar intake as sugar is not good for our health at all. We should try to consume as little sugar as possible. Instead of white sugar, we should use jaggery or honey, which are not harmful to our health.

Spices like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves make tea delicious and contain antioxidants and other beneficial properties.
