Importance of Summer Education

Summer education is important; this summer, students should drink lots of water to stay hydrated. They can drink juices, coconut water, or mix ORS in water, and the drink reduces weakness and gives energy to the body.
2. Avoid Going Out When it is Too Hot Outside
Students should not go out in the afternoon. If you have some work in the afternoon, during summer education, do it after 4 pm in the evening or do it before 1 pm because of the extreme heat between these times.
3. Wore Light & Comfortable Clothes
In summer education, wearing summer-friendly clothes like cotton, satin, linen, etc., these fabrics are breathable, and they also give comfort that does not affect your summer education.
4. Eat Summer-Friendly Food
Eat cucumbers or drink coconut water whenever you go out to cool down your body temperature to protect your summer education. Students should eat fresh vegetables, fruits, curd and light homemade food, like mixing fruit in curd and then eating it, which is very light, and it cools down your inner body. You should avoid Oily and junk food in extreme heat.
5. Take Good Rest
Having good sleep is important for both physical and mental health after coming home from the heat. You should sleep well so your brain will work fast. To improve your summer education.
6. Use Sun Protection
Take a UV umbrella with them whenever they go out in the sun. Wear a UV jacket. This jacket is available on online platforms for students, and others can also buy it from there. Wearing sunglasses and caps to protect from the sun’s rays.
7. Stay Updated About the Weather
